Today is a snow day. I love days like today, where no one has to go to school and I didnt have to go to work. The snow is falling so beautifully and I get to enjoy it!
So, I am going to treat myself and my kids today. First, I infused my coffee grounds with cinnamon, for a wonderful, cozy flavor and then we are going to make Snow Ice Cream. I hope you have a wonderful, warm day with your family!
Snow Ice Cream
1 cup milk
1 pasteurized egg, beaten
1/2 sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 cups of clean, fresh snow
Blend first 5 ingredients together. Add snow until absorbed. Pack into a freezer- safe container and freeze until firm. Serves about 4.
